• 10 is the highest score I could give You think of all the things that make it a comfortable experience from the water table and laptop desk to the water/tea. I will be back. The stylists are professional and engaging -- they have good energy. My one piece is constructive feedback is on timing. My anal nature strongly prefers to have the service start at the stated appointment time. We started about an hour late which crunched my time for client meetings in the evening. Other than that it was a fantastic experience.
