• I chose that score because the customer service was really good. I was asked if I wanted any water tea or coffee. I was asked about the water temperature at the bowl and if I was comfortable. I also like the fact I could talk to a human via phone call or text. I was going to go to another salon that specializes in natural hair not far that someone referred me to because I was about concerned about pricing at your location. I decided to keep my appointment because I could get ahold of an actual personal. At the other salon it was online only through a second party site. I also liked that my request for a stylist closer to the started rate was acknowledged/accommodated. I also liked that before my trim I was about start I was able to see what needed to be cut. I also felt the detangling wasn't ruff or aggressive. I docked a number because my shampoo wasn't that great. The surface outside permitted of my hair was washed but my scalp was barely scrubbed. I can home and scrapped dirt out of my middle part and the next day (today) my scalp was still itchy and oily. I just wished the scalp was scrubbed more thoroughly it was like a very light massage inside and the focus was mainly on outside not inside as well. That would be my only complaint so I know this straighten won't last long because my hair is greasy already.
