• Customer service was perfect!! Lala did a great job with my braids. I've gotten braids several times and I can never put them up same day bc they're too tight and my braids aren't heavy which I love. I will definitely be back again!! Thanks again Lala

• Great customer service. My appointment was pushed back twice. The owner offered a free shampoo and an oil product for the inconvenience.

• Yaya did my hair. I provided her with an inspiration photo & she did her THANG! My hair is flawless. All of the ladies in the shop were friendly. We did go over their time but I was prepared and I didn't mind. I'll definitely be back.
