• This was my first time getting my hair braided. The experience, overall, was very pleasant. Kaylah was super friendly, efficient, and very considerate. She explained everything she was doing and took the time to show me different ways to syle my hair. Also, the camaraderie among the staff was very noticeable. The salon is nice and bright, very clean....good vibes, beautiful space.

• The overall experience with Yana was great but my shampoo experience was rough. My shampoo person was very aggressive with scrubbing my scalp (in the same area on my head) and brushing my hair. I understand the purpose of a clean scape and hair and maybe perhaps she was heavy handed but she really scratched my scape. I did not enjoy my shampoo experience.
