• The reason that I just gave it a 9 is because of the extra $35.00 hair charge. I reviewed the agreement before and after my service and it states that hair was included? I selected the $330.00 Loc plan so I/am confused about the extra $35.00 hair fee. I loved the stylist Cyn, her attention to her craft and patience. I love the vibe of the salon as well. Thank you
