• I gave them five stars because of the ambience, their politeness, and the genuine kindness they showed in helping me. Their personalities made the experience even better. The only thing I feel could enhance the service is offering guidance at the end of the appointment on how to care for and maintain the hairstyle. It would also be helpful to ask clients about their hair goals—such as whether they’re aiming to grow their hair out or transition to a natural style.
