• The Salon during my visits has always been a very pleasant experience. The environment is very polished and professional. The hair stylist are all very artistic from what I have observed and the client leave happy with the end results. One of the best features for me personally is that I am not left sitting around waiting to be serviced. The receptionist on my 11/2/24 went above and beyond from the time I entered the building until I left asking each person if they would like coffee , teas, water and Nutrition- Bars. Kudos to her. My stylist Cyn is the best.

• My experience in the shop was wonderful! I live for an amazing shampoo and scalp scrub and it was blissful. The entire team from was to braid to install was wonderful. I love my hair!

• It would have been a 10 if the estimated time when booking was accurate. Booking said 50 min (which sounded too fast) and my service took just under 2 hours
