• Katie O took her time every step of the way to make sure I was happy with the service I was receiving. Always a pleasure to chat when I'm in her chair! I've had the my hair this length dozens of times but hecer have I been so happy with it as I have been after leaving this appointment with Katie! I told her the length I wanted and said she could decide every other detail about the cut she gave me (texturing/ layers/ symmetry etc) and it's the best cit I've ever had. I have recieved several compliments a day. Thanks Katie!
