• First time at your salon. Katie listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly what described. I love my cut and color. Salon was very clean. Only reason I didnt give a 10 was having to wait 15 to 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment time due to previous appointments running late. I understand this happens and that it is beyond your control.
