• I've been going to Tamara's 12:15 Thursday yoga class for a long time. She is a great instructor and the class helps me a lot. I also love the pool and jacuzzi and like many of the people I meet. Other staff is always friendly and helpful. The setting is beautiful too. so it is a win win.
