• ESC is a well run gym with friendly and likable staff overall. This last visit was to participate in the men's Strength Training class, run by Stirling, who is excellent.

• Already recommended to friends, Nice staff, pool is great, hot tub, cold plunge, locker rooms are nice. The classes are pretty good, instructors are all great. The outdoor deck classes are nice. The building, fountains, landscaping are beautiful. Hopefully a good cafe set up will settle into the downstairs. That would be a big draw
