• The team is great! I was however, UNDERWHELMED by my orientation to protocols as a new member! The front desk was nice enough but there NEEDS TO BE A NEW MEMBER ONBOARDING PACKAGE!! And all personnel should be trained to refer to it. Vs. "There's an app you should get"!!
