• I like the class environment. There's lots of classes and level of difficulty to choose from. The instructors pay attention. I've had two instructors notice when I made a move that gave me a pained look and gave me suggestions to modify or take pause and evaluate. I like that. I also believe that unlike other gyms where after you sign up and they have you locked in, Enrgi seems to really care that people go to the classes. I appreciate that most.

• Great positive ENRGi here. Pun definitely intended. Friendly staff. Clean. Great location. Classes are full but not packed. I like the booking aspect to keep it controlled.

• I like the compression offering. The class was a great workout. The instructor had a great attitude and was attentive given I was new. It would have been nice if the towels were pointed out to me and where the bathroom was (since it wasn't in the locker room). Also, the class slightly stressed my low back so some tips on avoiding that with the 1-arm clean and press would have been great. Overall loved it though.
