Great class! It took me a bit, but I've really warmed up to the online classes. I actually really appreciate them for times that it's easier to do the class from home due to scheduling or other reasons. I'm so grateful to be getting back on track with my training.

The studio is very inviting. It has really welcoming energy that is very inclusive to each individual as they are, which makes it easy to feel capable to accomplish goals within the studio during each class and also overall going there.

The instructor was thoughtful, good pace for people following along, kept a regular good pace throughout the hour lesson, paused at appropriate times to look at others and view others on screen and comment on their posture. Considering the situation we are in, it was perfect!
