The instructor was so nice to me! Made sure I was ok throughout the entire yoga session and even gave me a towel bc mine was so small. It was much appreciated.

For me it’s all about sticking to the original dialog! Even though it was only 60 minutes, the dialog was very close to what Bikram intended. I get into a meditative state easier and faster when the dialog is consistent!
