Excellent instructors--I've been doing bikram for 12 years, and I have practiced in New Zealand, Switzerland, Austria, Sweden, and Spain- Energize instructors are among the very best (at least the two I have tried already). Also, very friendly and helpful staff, and nice locker rooms with showers!
