To start, as soon as you walk into Energize the energy is felt, the front staff was so welcoming and helpful. My first class was such a great experience. I loved the energy and vibes during the class. The class was led by an amazing full of energy instructor who continued to push each and every one of us in the room. I had a great experience from start to finish.
