I just started practicing again after many years. Just had I open the door to the practice room I knew I was home. Thanks to a visiting friend who is a yoga teacher and mentor who’s staying at my home we went to a hour session of Hot Yoga and I’m hooked again. I missed that feeling. I’m 81 yrs old and my mind and body love it. I recommend Hot Yoga Bikram 100%. The teacher I had was phenomenal. 💕💕
