I haven't felt this good in months. It feels empowering after a class. I normally have really bad anxiety and take Xanax but ever since I started yoga I haven't taken a pill in a week. It's addicting but a healthy addiction . The instructors here are great and make the sessions fun. You sweat all the toxins out of your body . And you feel great afterwards
