I always visit other studios when I'm traveling and I've yet to find a studio with the quality and expertise that BYSR instructors have to offer. I can't heap enough praise on the bad ass crew at BYSR!!

I would say its all about the instructors and the environment that they all create in the classes and you just feel like they really care about everyone and helping us to improve and achieve our goals :)

Because the classes are great and most of the instructors are great too. Although it would be nice for it to smell a bit less sweaty which i know is hard to do. And more fans in the changing area to decrease the humidity.

Because it’s great and addictive! Instructors are supportive and motivating! Prices are high for the bad neighborhood and yoga room is awfully smelly- can be overwhelming! However the work outs are amazing and great instructors so it can be over looked!!
