The instructor and all the members were so awesome and welcoming. The class was great but think it would have been helpful as a first timer to have had somebody explain the basic structure of the class to me before hand. Had I realized before that the everything was mapped out on the wall and that there would be multiple sets of each I probably would have skipped a set of each pose. That’s just for my personal skill and fitness level while I’m getting started. I’m excited to continue coming to classes though and really love the overall inclusive, non judge mental vibe of the studio! I can’t wait to try the Pilates class!

everything about this studio is awesome. the staff is so friendly and caring and they really want you to succeed. the amenities are great. the studio is clean & cute. i love it here and i never want to go to a different yoga place.

I chose this score because I freaking love this place! I have never found a workout/practice that I could commit to until I started going here. It’s been almost 5 months and I go at least 4-5 times a week. I love the people, the instructors and the positivity that represents this business! Rock on❤️

Me encanta la buena vibra de la gente Bikram Yoga, son muy amables y atentos, todo se encuentra limpio y con lo necesario para la práctica :) Como sugerencia se me ocurre algún té de hierbas y/o aromas en el ambiente. Excelente lugar y atención. Gracias!

From start to finish, I loved the experience. The staff was welcoming, the class instructor was a rock star, the space was comfortable and fun, and the otherpatrons were really happy and friendly. Can't wait to take my next class.
