I really love the Friday nights happy hour $8 hot yoga classes. Its such a great way to start out a weekend. love the teacher Erin shes really calming and does all the poses with us with I always really appreciate in teachers. shes also reminds me of a collapsible chair in the best way lol this women is incredibly flexible and its so inspiring to watch.
