• I really felt part of the class even though I was on zoom - that's a good technique to have during these challenging times. I don't live in the West Island anymore (Quebec was my home) but I felt like I was there. It's hard to find a space where the teachers are equally compassionate towards on line presence as they are with in studio students. Thank you!
