• 1st use of studio class.. awesome return to fitness. Great instructor music and class!! Happy to be trying to get fit again 💃 One comment.. noticed a guy left the waiting area barefoot to meet friends at elevators and returned to take a class (😝) .. not sure if he washed his feet before entering class as I was gone.

• I loved the sound bath workshop, but not quite as much as the first one a couple months ago. I préfère when she covered all the chakras.
