• Loving Sandra's Essentric class. it's easy to follow her instructions safely, she's always providing advices or modifications in case of personnal injuries. I can really see an improvement of my overall muscles strengh since taking her class while taking care of my body gently. This class is an opportunity to truely connect with my body, as Sandra makes me aware of muscles I didn't even know I had or could activate ! Plus, her voice is sooo soothing ! Thank you Sandra
