• Welcoming and positive atmosphere. I'm invited to do my best. Correct verbal feedback and on point tactile prompts. Demo plus mirrors provide visual feedback. With all of these, I know I'm activating the correct muscles and doing the right movements. Active listener and a good observer during the session. My instructor is Laya.😊
