The class was awesome! A little challenging for those not in great shape and looking to get there. Wish there were a few more less strenuous traditional Pilates moves or options but would definitely recommend it for those who are fit and can endure the rigorous workout.

I just happened to be the only one in class (Saturday afternoon on Easter weekend), so I was able to get one on one instruction from Marianne. She explained everything to me before we started and was very helpful as she guided me through the workout. It was challenging in a good way and Marianne was very encouraging. Can’t wait to start gaining more strength, and I know I will with this class. It is one of the best full body workouts I have done.
