Olivia was amazing and the class was enjoyable. It was my first time doing Pilates and she helped me get set up and would come by to check on me. The flow of the class was perfect! I didn’t feel rushed or out of place. I will definitely be coming back as soon as I can.

I took classes with almost all the instructors, and every class was great in different ways. Some were more strengthening and some were more focused on stability and control. Great balance of exercises within the classes, cueing, and energy from the instructors.
