Keri is quite possibly my favorite yoga instructor ever. Her studio is clean, her classes are inspiring and challenging
Classes are challenging. Teachers are creative and have their own style which makes each class unique. Classes are hot and you get sweaty. Good way to release mind and body. Just breath and flow.
