I love Adam's morning classes. He's VERY knowledgable, and I learn something every time I come in. He also challenges his students to try new poses and challenges, but is also apt to meet yogis exactly where they are. The class is lighthearted, playful and never "stuffy" like you might encounter at other yoga studios, the students and Adam are always willing to laugh and joke, making it a really laid back and comfortable environment for all. I'd definitely recommend!
