The atmosphere, environment, and experience in the building is warm and welcoming. They offer a variety of classes with a lot of talented instructors. The times of the classes are flexible to work around any schedule. The instructors respect your level of experience, address your concerns and offer support and help if granted.

Because it has been months since the last time I practiced with Empower but when I walked into the studio for my class yesterday, I was warmly welcomed and everyone, teachers and other students were all so nice and encouraging.
It’s such a welcoming environment! Love the community that was created and I will highly recommended to my friends and family
