I love empowers classes, they are fun, well structured and instructors are very knowledgeable and each class gives you a great workout, whether you want a stretch or advance there is something for everyone!

I felt very welcomed and communication was great. Shown around the beautiful studio and had an amazing reformer Pilates session. I loved the flow of the class and the workout was fun. I forgot my instructors name but really enjoyed her energy in the class. I'm so excited to have found Empower 😍
