I was a broken man before joining Ciara and her team! I was battling to do up my shoe laces as the misadventure of youth came back to haunt me. While it has not been an easy journey, due to the care, guidance, support and advice from the team it's the most consistent I have been with exercise in years! I am now on the road to much better physical and mental health.
