I had an awesome first experience at Empower! The staff were super friendly, and the place has a great vibe. The instructor for my one on one session and my first group class were both so great —explained everything clearly and made sure I was doing okay with the moves. The class was just the right pace, and I felt amazing afterward. Can’t wait to go back and try more. Anjali.
