I like the new changes coming with moor stretching and foam rolling. Also nice that classes are changing formats. I liked them before, but this shows a willingness to always improve. 💕

Empower Fitness is an amazing place, with amazing coaches and an Fantastic group of women who have become tribe... they don't know it but this place has helped me maintain my recovery of a drug addiction.. I would be lost without Empower..
