• The length of time it stayed even when I had to go to ER & then admitted to the hospital!! Going through what I did & still have my rashes intact even after anesthesia..... I was very impressed! I've had some stressful challenges & having this establishment continuously be concerned & get me in afterwards has been more than I've expected! Considering places like ageless& beautiful medspa take advance & think they can get away from taking my money & thinking I would be too far gone into my circumstances to steal& keep thousands of dollars from me! The true care & compassion emlash truly showed in what I was going through to keep on checking on me.... truly let me see there are still people who CARE more for humanity than trying to steal money from me thinking I would be too busy figuring out my health& well being to be able to go after them for thousands of dollars they ripped me off with, when I was hospitalized and reported them to BBB & attorney General's office & now I have to go after for even more bc of wrong way of responding & stealing money in court!! Total opposite of emlash who were compassionate, encouraging & caring UNLIKE AGELESS AND BEAUTIFUL OF HOUSTON W OWNER CARLOS ORTEGA who was a true charlatan taking money for service NOT RENDERED!!! So I thank emlash studio for their compassion and professionalism & TRULY show what a business owner should be!...

• The service I received was extremely professional. The lashes are amazing quality and are so durable - they look amazing, are not stiff whatsoever, and last a very long time! The place is VERY nice and clean as well. Highly recommend!
