• 1. That workout was insane! I burned 700 cals. I never burned that much! 2. They actually have a program for their workouts. All the trainers sit down and program out the month. It isn't like whatever workout they randomly thought up and no communication between them. 3. It was insanely clean. Like cleaner than my house. And then they have two girls working where the second you get off the equipment they are cleaning it.
