• I have been training with Sefton for years. He's hard on me when he needs to be. Is my champion when I need one. Goes well beyond physical training. He's the full deal. And Emerge in general is a great family. Truly cares about every one of their clients

• Our son works with Brittany and Toma before that, they both have been fantastic to work with and hope to be able to work with them for a long time to come. However, they couldn't do what they do if Emerge didn't provide such an outstanding facility! We'd highly recommend Emerge to anyone, but especially with kids that need/want to work on their fitness!
