• Emerge is a great place to work out with personal trainers that work with you to make staying on track and helping to make your goals possible! They have flexible schedules and are willing to be flexible with prices! The only down fall for the St. Charles location is that you can not just go in and work out anytime. They do not offer monthly plans. It is only working out with personal trainers, so anyone who is looking for an inexpensive place might not be able to afford to go there.
