I liked that all equipment is provided. I liked that there were no mirrors, low lighting, and no windows for passerby to look in. I particularly liked the restorative class with tami, her calm presence and the oil anointment at the end were just what I was looking for.
Embody is the best studio within 200 miles. I love the students and teachers
I enjoyed the gentle approach that Angela took in the class. She accepts her students at their level. Very enjoyable.
