I was trying to get back in to a work out routine after some time off and a foot injury. I was experiencing pain and soreness in my knees and ankles. This was making it difficult to stay with my routine and just uncomfortable in general. I noticed some relief from these symptoms after my first session at Elysian, and noticed it even more with each additional treatment.
