Excellent class- motivating and energizing teacher. Music uplifting. Great set up to participate from home. The manager, Clair does an outstanding job promoting Elliptica and helped me get set up as well as offered tips & encouragement. She pointed out attributes of the instructors there. It’s wonderful to feel encouraged, motivated and optimistic about reaching my fitness goals. She genuinely cares about fitness, Elliptica and helping people.
