The only problem I had was towards the beginning of my hot stone massage, the stones were cold. They warmed up a bit as the massage went on. Otherwise the massage therapist was great. She was thorough and attentive. The front desk lady was very nice and extremely helpful. I scheduled another massage before I left and am looking forward to going back.
