• I love the ease of scheduling & rescheduling if needed, folks at multiple locations are so kind, the facility engages in covid protocols that make it seem like the business cares about its workers' health and safety, which is a huge deal for me. The facility is clean and the energy is warm and comforting. Bree and V were amazing and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I don't get ingrown hairs, so the product quality is also great.
