We took the three set sessions for cryotherapy and WOW this is an amazing recovery for the body! Totally great experience, price and service, the customer service is really good, they were very nice and patient. I totally recommend it.

I'm one to Yelp everything and review nothing , but this is too good to keep to myself. Sunil (Dr. Pullukat), is everything missing in today's healthcare. I started seeing him when he wasn't in my insurance network (also not one to like overpaying), because I was in such severe pain from a gym injury, and the endless sessions I have with another chiropractor were not getting me any relief.

I'm a strong believer that energy transcends through touch , and he is a natural healer. Yes he is a doctor, he knows the human anatomy , he has the latest techniques , he has a lovely office .... but what's much harder to find in a healthcare provider is a genuine desire to maKe people feel better. He is so attentive. He will try 85 ways to make you feel better , and if it doesn't work he will try the 86th with no loss of enthusiasm. His true greatness is in his humble demeanor. Some chiropractors will act like it's beneath them to massage their patients , but Sunil's ego comes second to doing whatever will help the patient.

Lastly , I feel completely at ease with our casual relationship. Sometimes I feel amazing , and stop coming for periods of time. He never stalks me into filling his books. In short - he is amazing. This practice doesn't feel like a business, it feels like a sanctuary.

I bought a groupon to try out cryotherapy. I was intrigued to be frozen for up to 3 minutes with temperatures as cold as -250 degrees. It was super easy to make an appointment, they are very flexible with times. I missed my first appointment due to bad weather and they had no problems with rescheduling.

The establishment is very clean, update, and offer a range of wellness classes, along with acupuncture, private coaches, etc. The staff is SUPER friendly and very nice.

The lady at the front desk, takes you back to a room. You can get undressed in front of her or she can leave the room. They make you feel so comfortable, it didn't bother me. You keep your bra and underwear on. They provide huge mittens for your hands and giant socks for your feet. They explain the machine and cool it down. Your head is sticking out of the machine, but while you are in it, you have to keep turning slowing to get the full affect. The lady is in the room with you the entire time, letting you know how many minutes and seconds you have been in for. (You can get out at any time.) There is also a temperature gauge so you are aware of how cold it is. You can't stay in the machine for any longer than 3 minutes! She leaves, you get dressed and it's all over in less than 5 minutes!
I would definitely go back!

I am a huge fan of Elite Wellness in Highland Park. The facility has a very clean warm friendly attitude. The employees are a pleasure to work with and I had a massage recently from Tammy that was amazing. They have many services to offer. I have tried many of them and can't believe how good I felt after. I suggest visiting and experiencing Elite Wellness for yourself.

I went to Dr Jolly for upper back stiffness that was present for a couple of months after I had been doing long hours of event planning . The stiffness made it difficult to sit for long periods of time and it was feeling like something was "stuck". Dr Jolly fixed my back in 1 session! MD's are great, but Dr Jolly is a true doc of anatomy and skill. His precision and skill got my life back to the fast pace! He's also great because he takes the time to do a quality diagnosis . Thank you, Dr Jolly!! I am truly impressed and would refer him to everyone!!

I started with Elite 3 weeks ago for a consult d/t a chronic musculoskeletal problem. At my first appointment I saw Paul who listened to my concerns, evaluated my pain and recommended a course of treatment all while explaining everything thoroughly. I just finished my second appointment with him and couldn't be happier. My pain has improved from the excellent care I have received so far. I never feel rushed during my sessions and am always welcomed happily by the staff at Elite. I would highly recommend!

As an endurance/Ironman athlete my body took a pounding but I stayed relatively healthy until one day I went to pick something up and down I went. For a year I tried conservative methods to help the pain/sciatica I was experiencing, with only minimal help. I got desperate and decided to have an L4/L5 microdiscectomy. Bad decision. I went from bad to worse. Next step was physical therapy but my back was in such bad shape that they couldn't help me. Next stops: Pain specialists who gave me epidural shots which had minimal effect, a trip to the Mayo Clinic where I was given pain medicine and top Ortho/Neuro Docs saying that they really couldn't help me except with painkillers which was basically a nauseating band-aid. Finally I spent 8 weeks/8 hrs a day at R.I.C. (Rehab Institute of Chicago) which is nationally recognized as a top line rehab/pain center. Through all of this the Neurosurgeon at Northwestern who performed my surgery responded to my question as to why am I having all of these excruciating pain issues, by saying "Your guess is as good as mine". Really?
Some of the issues I had to deal with were constant excruciating pain where I was not able to straighten my upper torso, 2 trips to the hospital by ambulance for the pain where I couldn't move, barley being able to walk, not being able to do daily tasks such as tying my shoes, or picking anything up from the ground. I was in complete Hell.
In constant pain I was in getting another epidural shot when my Physician who is head of pain Anesthesiology at Northwestern said he couldn't do anything more, but wanted me to go see someone who he thought could help me.
Enter Paul Matthews. I started seeing Paul 2-3 times a week. I was so desperate to get better that I took the train out to Highland Park from the city (my back wouldn't allow me to drive), got picked up by a friend, and an hour of therapy each visit. Paul had a plan for me & promised that he would be able to help. PAUL CHANGED MY LIFE. He became truly invested in getting me back to health and I recently went skiing in Colorado for the 1st time in years without any residual effects. I plan on racing again this season and ill be swimming Alcatraz this year.
