EVERYTIME I come to the gym, everyone is always welcoming you with a smile. It’s a positive place where I wanna be. I enjoy the workouts I feel like I can do mostly all of them and the ones I can’t do always get modified so I don’t feel left out. Members also stop their own workouts to help another member. I don’t feel like I’m in competition with anyone else or someone is always trying to out do the other person. Instead it’s full of encouragement and celebrations. I love my 5 am gym family ♥️
