Enjoyed the instructor. The class was slow stretching movements which is what I needed. The only thing is that the music was too loud, I can't hear out of one ear and it was not easy to hear the instructors voice.

I appreciated the space. Also the front desk gal was helpful and patient. The instructor was present, the class for the description. Mostly I appreciated the peaceful space, the warmth and lighting.
