I recommend the studio every chance I get. I enjoy all the hot yoga classes, their start times and the room atmosphere are great. I let people know that there are two studios if they do not enjoy hot yoga. I would recommend a separate changing room for yogis. The hot yoga studio has a lot of potential, the shared space is just confusing at first.
