• Facility is beautiful and clean, very inviting , I am challenged in class and I really feel like I am getting something out of it , I love the many different options if I'm feeling like I need more or less of a workout depending on the week. The instructors and staff are also awesome , very knowledgeable, and friendly !

• I attended a spin class for men's health (my son had testicular cancer so the cause is near and dear to me). The instructor was good and the moustaches added an element of fun.
