• Number one, the staff are so kind, friendly and such excellent instructors. They have helped me cope with the recent changes and losses in my life by listening and supporting me during this difficult time. The bathrooms are clean and have spa like showers and high quality products for use. Six months ago I could bend over and just get my hands past my knees. Now I can touch my toes with no issues. My original rating was 11 but your scale doesn't go that high.
